Learn how to view, edit, prioritize, and remove events in your Dumbify calendar.

Editing an Event

  1. Click any event in Day, Week, or Month view to open Event Details.

  2. Select Edit to change:

    • Title, time, or duration

    • Tags or location

    • Priority or privacy settings

    • Attendees or description

  3. Click Save to confirm.


Setting Event Priority

  • Choose Low, Medium, High, or Urgent from the Priority menu.

  • Priority levels help you filter and visually sort events.


Creating Recurring Events

  • Toggle Recurring in the Create or Edit Event window.

  • Choose how often the event repeats—daily, weekly, or monthly.

  • Adjust or delete a single occurrence without affecting the entire series.


Using Privacy Controls

  • Toggle Private to limit event visibility in shared or synced calendars.

  • Private events still block time on your schedule.


Deleting Events

  1. Open the event and select Delete.

  2. Confirm to remove it from all views.

Deleted events cannot be restored once confirmed.


Notes

  • You can open events directly from Task or Goal views if they were linked during creation.

  • Recurring events sync automatically once connected to a calendar account.
