Managing Account Settings

The Account Settings page lets you update your profile details, manage your login credentials, and control your account’s visibility and deletion options. You can access it from the Settings → Account menu or by selecting your profile icon and choosing Profile Settings.

How It Works

Access your account settings by going to Settings → Account. This section contains all options related to your personal account.

Profile Information
You can update your display name, nickname, and profile photo. Each field includes an Edit icon—select it to make changes, then choose Save to confirm.

Email Address
Select the Edit icon beside your current email to change it. Enter your new address and confirm by saving. Dumbify will send a verification email to complete the update.

Password
Select Change Password to open the password dialog. Enter your current password, then set a new one and save.

Subscription Plan
Select Subscription to view your current plan and upgrade options. This section shows your billing plan, renewal date, and available tiers.

Account Deletion
Under Danger Zone, select Delete Account to schedule permanent account removal. Deletion includes:

  • Canceling your active subscription

  • Removing your profile and all stored data

  • Unsubscribing from notifications

Once confirmed, deletion cannot be undone.

Notes

  • All updates take effect immediately after saving.

  • If you delete your account, all data (tasks, goals, habits, and analytics) will be permanently removed once your subscription ends.

  • Dumbify’s deletion system is designed for transparency—you can close your account without contacting support.
