How It Works
Creating a Tag
Navigate to Tags in the sidebar.
Click + Add Tag.
Complete the following fields:
Name — Enter a clear tag name (e.g., “Work,” “Health,” or “Learning”).
Color — Choose a predefined or custom color.
Description (Optional) — Add short context for the tag’s purpose.
Click Save to create the tag.
Managing Tags
Edit or delete tags as needed.
Sort tags by name, color, or usage.
Locked tags 🔒 indicate restricted or system-level tags.
Using Tags Across Dumbify
Tags can be added when creating or editing Tasks, Habits, Goals, or Contacts.
Use the Tags filter on any page to display only items with specific tags.
Multiple tags can be applied to the same item.
Notes
Tags are global and available throughout your account.
Removing a tag from one item does not delete it globally.
Colors help visually identify and distinguish tags.
(Internal note: revisit once tag grouping and color customization release.)
