Managing Data Management Settings

The Data Management section lets you export, back up, or clean up your Dumbify data. You can download your data in multiple formats or remove completed items to keep your workspace organized and performing efficiently.

How It Works

Export Data
Export your Dumbify data to back up or migrate it to another service.

  1. Choose an Export Format — JSON, CSV, or PDF.

  2. Select which data types to include:

    • Events

    • Goals

    • Tasks

    • Habits

    • Tags

  3. Click Export Data to download your file.

Exports can be used for manual backups or for transferring data to other platforms.

Data Cleanup
Free up space by deleting completed or outdated items:

  • Delete Completed Tasks

  • Delete Completed Goals

  • Delete Completed Habits

  • Delete Past Events Older Than 1 Month

Use Delete All Data to remove all items listed above (completed tasks, goals, habits, and past events). This does not delete your account or reset your workspace.

Notes

  • All deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Exporting data before cleanup is recommended if you want to keep historical records.

  • Deleting data affects only the selected categories listed under Data Cleanup.
