Managing Integrations

The Integrations page lets you connect Dumbify with other apps and services. You can create API keys for secure access and set up webhooks to receive real-time updates from Dumbify.

How It Works

API Keys
API keys are used to authenticate your requests to the Dumbify API.
From the Integrations page, select Add API Key to generate a new key for development or production use.
Each key displays:

  • Name – identifies the key (e.g., Development, Production)

  • API Key – the unique credential used for authentication

  • Created Date – when the key was issued

You can add multiple API keys to your account and manage them as needed.

Webhooks
Webhooks allow Dumbify to send notifications to your connected apps when certain events occur.
To add a webhook, select Add Webhook, then enter:

  • Name – a clear label for the webhook

  • URL – where Dumbify should send event data

  • Events – one or more event types to subscribe to (e.g., task.created, habit.completed)

Each webhook can subscribe to multiple events, allowing flexible automation and integrations.

Notes

  • Webhooks deliver data in real time whenever selected events occur.

  • API keys should be stored securely and not shared publicly.

  • For additional integrations, visit the Marketplace to explore available apps and services.
