What Goals Are
Goals represent measurable outcomes you want to achieve.
They can include linked tasks, notes, and color coding for easier tracking.
Each goal contributes to your overall productivity insights and reports.
How to Create a Goal
Click + Add Goal in the upper toolbar.
Fill out the following fields:
Title β Name your goal.
Description β Explain what you want to accomplish (optional).
Due Date (Optional) β Choose a completion date for your goal.
Priority β Set as Low, Medium, or High.
Color β Select a color or create a Custom color for organization.
Tags β Add one or more categories (required: Work, Personal, Family, Health, or Learning).
Notes (Optional) β Include supporting details, milestones, or reflections.
Click Create Goal to save.
Your new goal appears in the Goals list and becomes available for linking tasks.
Managing Goals
View Details β Select a goal from the list to view progress, related tasks, and notes.
Progress Bar β Displays overall completion based on linked tasks.
Add Tasks β Click + Add Task within a goal to connect new or existing tasks.
Edit Notes β Use Edit Notes to document milestones or updates.
Status Filters β Filter by active or completed goals.
Sorting Options β Sort goals by priority, progress, or due date.
Notes
Tasks linked to a goal automatically update its progress.
Goals without due dates remain active until manually completed.
Tags are required to categorize goals for better insights in Reports and Dashboard.
Each goal can be color-coded to match specific focus areas.
The system automatically calculates progress as tasks are completed.
