Writing Effective Feedback
For Feature Requests
Describe the problem or need: Explain what youโre trying to do and why it matters.
Suggest a solution: If possible, describe how youโd like Dumbify to handle it.
Add examples: Mention similar tools or workflows for context.
Example: โIโd like to set recurring tasks that follow custom intervals (every 3 days instead of weekly). This would help manage flexible workout schedules.โ
For Bug Reports
Feature or Page: Where the issue occurs.
Steps to Reproduce: What you did before it happened.
Expected vs. Actual Result: What you thought would happen vs. what did.
Browser or Device: Optional, but helpful for technical context.
Example: โWhen exporting habits from Data Library in CSV format, the file downloads blank. I expected a list of all habits.โ
For General Feedback
User Experience: Comment on how easy or intuitive a feature feels to use.
Design or Layout: Share suggestions for clarity, spacing, color, or flow.
Performance: Mention load times or smoothness when navigating.
Overall Impression: Tell us what you enjoy or what feels confusing.
Example: โThe Calendar layout is great, but it would help if color themes carried over to event blocks for easier visual tracking.โ
